Last updated: 23 August 2026
1. About Lonsbridge
Lonsbridge Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 17361722. Our registered office is 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF.
2. Website information
The information on this website is provided for general business information only. It is not intended to be relied on as legal, tax, accounting, investment or other regulated professional advice. Information may change and may not always be complete or current.
3. Engagements
No client engagement is created merely by using this website, submitting a contact form, exchanging preliminary correspondence or attending an introductory meeting. Any paid engagement, scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms and specific responsibilities will be set out in a separate proposal, order, statement of work, mandate, engagement letter or other written agreement.
4. Capital Intelligence
Lonsbridge Capital Intelligence is a technology and data product providing autonomous data infrastructure, self-directed directories, user-controlled communications and AI-assisted market-information tools. Lonsbridge does not provide investment advice or investment management, select or recommend counterparties, negotiate or arrange investment transactions, manage client money or execute transactions.
Platform users independently control their profiles, search criteria, access requests, communications, document sharing, diligence and decisions. User classifications are self-declared unless a separate verification process is expressly stated. Use of the platform does not create an agency, brokerage, placement, advisory or transaction-arranging relationship with Lonsbridge. Users remain responsible for any investor-eligibility, securities, financial-promotion, confidentiality and other legal requirements applicable to their activities.
5. Event Attendance & Technology Platform Terms
5.1 Nature of service
Lonsbridge may provide event-registration, communications and event-hosting technology for webinars, virtual meetings and in-person professional events. Lonsbridge is not an investment adviser, fund manager, broker or placement agent, and is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority to provide regulated investment services.
5.2 Event purpose and participant materials
Events are intended for professional information exchange, market education, technology-enabled networking and related business purposes. Lonsbridge does not create, approve, endorse, recommend or independently verify investment materials or presentations supplied by participants. Each presenter or participant is responsible for the content it communicates and for complying with any financial-promotion, securities, confidentiality or other requirements that apply to it. Event hosting by Lonsbridge is not an endorsement of a participant, security, transaction or investment opportunity.
5.3 Event fees
Where an event fee is charged, it is a fixed attendance, technology-infrastructure or administrative fee and is not contingent on any investment, financing or transaction outcome. Under the current Capital Intelligence service model, Lonsbridge does not charge transaction-linked success commissions or percentage-based deal-sourcing fees. Any refund rights are subject to the applicable event terms and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5.4 User-directed networking and due diligence
Participants decide independently whom they communicate with, what information they share and whether they pursue any subsequent business or investment discussion. Lonsbridge does not negotiate between participants and is not a party to any subsequent transaction. Participants remain responsible for their own due diligence and for obtaining appropriate independent legal, regulatory, tax and financial advice.
5.5 Access classification
Event and platform registration may ask users to self-declare their professional role, organisation and geographic area of interest. These fields support access control and platform routing; they do not by themselves establish regulatory or investor-eligibility status. Where access to particular material requires a specific legal exemption or eligibility declaration, additional evidence or prescribed wording may be required before access is granted.
5.6 Checkout acceptance
Where a ticket or event registration is completed through the Lonsbridge website, the attendee must affirmatively accept these Terms of Business and the Event Attendance & Technology Platform Terms before completing registration or checkout.
6. People Intelligence
Executive search, assessment, organisation, integration and people-intelligence services are subject to the scope agreed with the client. Technology and AI may support research or decision information, but material people decisions remain for the relevant client and responsible human decision-makers.
7. Digital Workplace
Technology products, licences, devices, implementation services and third-party platforms may be subject to availability, supplier terms, manufacturer warranties, licence conditions and separate quotations. Pricing and delivery commitments apply only when confirmed in writing.
8. Confidentiality and information sharing
Confidential information should be shared only through channels and on terms appropriate to the relevant engagement. Platform users are responsible for deciding what they share, with whom, and on what permissions or confidentiality terms.
9. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Lonsbridge retains ownership of its pre-existing methodologies, know-how, templates, product concepts, branding and intellectual property. Client-specific deliverables and licence rights will be governed by the applicable engagement terms.
10. Third-party information and links
We may display or transmit information supplied by companies, investors, advisers, technology vendors or other third parties. Lonsbridge does not verify or warrant third-party or user-provided information merely because it is available through the website or platform. Users should perform their own appropriate diligence.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lonsbridge is not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on general website content. Any liability arising from a paid engagement will be governed by the specific written agreement for that engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any different written agreement applicable to a specific engagement.
